Complaints procedure

Are you dissatisfied about the way the Netherlands Enterprise Agency or any of its staff have treated you? Netherlands Enterprise Agency tries to prevent things from going wrong, but in the unlikely event it does, you can report this to us so that we can do something about it. A motivated complaint is valuable for the Agency. It gives us an insight into how to improve our service.

Netherlands Enterprise Agency has developed a procedure to handle your complaints. This procedure is based on Chapter 9 of the General Administrative Law Act. The  Agency's Legal Affairs department will handle your complaint.
