Intellectual Property advisors Twan Uijttewaal and Katja Apelt from the Netherlands Patent Center will provide you with tools during the workshop. Therefore you learn which intellectual property rights you use to protect innovations.

Afterward, Toine Ketelaars, Director of Intellectual Property at Vanderlande, explains identifying new ideas. How do you decide whether to protect this with IP rights? You will learn step by step how to gain inspiration from literature concerning patents, and how to use this literature to validate your invention.
