Our advisors know a lot about international collaboration and innovation. They can help you with relevant knowledge and trends in other countries or find a reliable partner. In addition, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is also the right place to go regarding financial schemes: there are interesting subsidy schemes, especially for internationally oriented companies. Are you ready to enter the market or to cooperate? Our expertise in intellectual property (IP) is very useful; after all, you want to make your brand, model, or innovation successful in a new market.

For whom

This workshop is of interest to technically innovative companies that are in the process of setting up a business case, already have a prototype and have already applied for IP rights.

Programme

The programme is as follows:

  • IP strategy
We will start with a presentation on IP strategy by Dynion Bakker, Intellectual Property advisor at RVO. During this presentation, you will get guidance on how to use IP best within your business strategy to achieve your business goals. You will learn which IP rights are essential for product innovation, building brand identity and strengthening your market position. You will also gain insight into structuring secrecy.

  • Eurostars and innovation missions
Jelle Knop, Eurostars advisor at RVO, gives a presentation on Eurostars and innovation missions.

Eurostars is a European innovation programme and gives projects financial support through the national government of each participating country. The programme helps (small) companies to carry out market-oriented technological development. During this presentation, you will learn about Eurostars, what projects fit well within the programme, who can get funding and how that process works.

In this regard, RVO's innovation missions are an excellent way to connect with international cooperation partners. During innovation missions, we discover together the opportunities for international cooperation in innovation. We also work on further expand and strengthen the internationalisation activities of the top sectors.

  • Questions and networking
After the presentations, there will be time for questions and networking, with snacks and drinks.
