Below, you will find the preliminary programme for Web Summit Vancouver. We are currently still finalising the programme. There may still be minor changes.
Monday 11 May
- Welcome to Vancouver session at the Netherlands Consulate-General in Vancouver.
- One-on-one matchmaking with potential partners.
Tuesday 12 May
- Visit Web Summit filled with engaging presentations and networking at the NL Lounge.
Wednesday 13 May
- Visit Web Summit filled with engaging presentations and networking at the NL Lounge.
- Reception with the industry at the residence of the Consul General in Vancouver.
Thursday 14 May
- Visit Web Summit filled with engaging presentations and networking at NL Lounge.
Online preparation session
We will organise an online preparation session for Dutch Web Summit Vancouver participants in early May. At this session, we will provide more details on the programme. You will also have the opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
Fees
- fee for the first participant of your company: €650 (excluding VAT);
- fee for the second participant of your company: €325 (excluding VAT).
The fee covers:
- Full access to Web Summit Vancouver, including matchmaking via the Web Summit app, side events and after-hours programmes.
- Personal matchmaking with at least 3 guaranteed matches with potential clients, partners, and investors.
- Use of the NL Lounge as a meeting point at the exhibition.
- Access to Dutch networking events.
- Access to international networking events as part of Web Summit Vancouver.
Travel and accommodation are at your own expense.
Note: You can cancel your application up to 30 days before the start of the mission. After which we will charge you the full participation fee. Please refer to Conditions for participation in trade missions with and without government officials for further requirements.
