Are you a cleantech entrepreneur with an innovative technology related to energy systems or sustainable building, for example in building automation, circular building materials, installation technology, or energy storage systems? And are you interested in meeting potential customers and / or partners on the American East Coast? Then join us and register for this mission at https://www.aanmelder.nl/cleantechboston
Opportunities for Dutch companies
During the mission we offer European cleantech innovators the opportunity to learn about the American market and its opportunities, make relevant connections and introduce their technology to local players. We travel together with a group of Scandinavian companies to make an even larger impact and promote collaboration between the participating companies. Besides local site visits and networking opportunities, various events make this mission of particular value for both startups and scaleups and SME’s in the fields of energy systems and sustainable building. In addition, there is the possibility to do B2B matchmaking, because Horizon 19 (https://www.horizon19.org/) is also being held in Boston at the same time. There are many companies, investors and potential customers and/or partners present at this event. A buyer profile is created for each participant so that we can make the best matches.
Horizon Conference 19
Boston is a leader in the US when it comes to preparing for the effects of climate change and reducing CO2 emissions. The city was named the most energy-efficient city in the US four years ago and won the Bloomberg American Cities Climate Change in 2018. Because (non) residential buildings in Boston are the source of 70% of greenhouse gas emissions, infrastructure and buildings are an important point of attention when tackling the climate and emission problems of the city. The ecosystem in Boston and the state of Massachusetts contribute to favorable conditions for implementing innovations. In short, there are plenty of opportunities in Boston.
