Whether you apply for a subsidy, sign up for a newsletter, or register for an event, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency handles your data with the utmost care. We only use your data to process the particular activity for which you supplied your details. We do not keep your data longer than necessary.

What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or AVG in Dutch) describes the handling of personal data. This Regulation protects your privacy. The same privacy legislation applies to the European Union. The Dutch Data Protection Authority monitors adherence to legislation on personal data protection.

Reporting a possible data breach

We handle your personal data with care. If data accidentally end up in the hands of the wrong person, there may be a data breach. We must report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority in some situations.
