SIB subsidy Q&A - Information session
Are you an entrepreneur or export consultant active and based in Curaçao, Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire, Saba or St. Eustatius? Do you seek new opportunities to expand your business abroad? Or do you guide entrepreneurs in their international success? The Netherlands Enterprise Agency can support you through the Support International Business (SIB) subsidy. Join our first online Q&A session of this year on 11 March.

Get to know SIB
With the SIB subsidy, you can finance activities to improve your business chances in a specific country. Whether you are new to SIB or already familiar with this subsidy or other RVO subsidies, we will try to answer all your questions during this online Q&A session.
For whom?
We invite small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to join this online Q&A session.
- You must know which foreign market you want to export your product or service to.
- You must be able to show that you have the capacity and ambition to take the next step in expanding your business abroad.
This session is not only for entrepreneurs, but also for export consultants helping entrepreneurs with their SIB application.
Attention! Companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce from all sectors can apply for the SIB subsidy. Unincorporated companies, such as sole proprietorships, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and partnerships, are not eligible for SIB. You are also not eligible for SIB subsidy if your company carries out activities that are on the FMO Exclusion List.
Programme
During this informal Q&A session, we will answer questions on, for example:
- how RVO and SIB can support you in doing business abroad;
- which services or events abroad you can use SIB for;
- the conditions for applying for a SIB subsidy; and
- how to apply for a SIB subsidy.
We will also answer specific questions submitted about SIB.
