For whom?

This workshop is for Dutch entrepreneurs and researchers who are interested in the TechBridge calls China 2026 'Next-Generation Battery Technologies' and 'Circular Chemistry and Materials'. The workshop is of your interest if you are considering R&D partnerships in China, but also if you already collaborate with partners in China.

Why participate?

China offers serious opportunities, but collaborating with Chinese partners also entails real risks, especially in the areas of technology and intellectual property (IP).

In this 2-hour workshop, you will gain the essential insights you need to effectively work with partners in China. No generic advice, but concrete knowledge from a specialised China IP law firm and Dutch entrepreneurs who know the Chinese market from the inside out.

We will discuss where IP risks lurk in R&D collaborations, how Chinese partners and the market really work, and how to structure a collaboration that works for you.
