NL Pavilion at the InCyber Forum Europe 2025 in Lille, France
Are you active in the cybersecurity sector and want to showcase your company or organization to a global audience near by the Netherlands? Then sign up for the collective Netherlands Pavilion at the InCyber Forum Europe (ex-FIC) in Lille from 1 to 3 April 2025.

The collective NL Pavilion offers Dutch companies and knowledge institutions the opportunity to present themselves professionally to a global audience. This is a unique opportunity to connect with key players in the cyber security industry, expand your network, gain valuable market insights, test your solutions in Europe's largest cyber security market and explore strategic collaborations.
For whom
Participation in the NL Pavilion is open to Dutch companies and knowledge institutions active in cybersecurity sector.
What to expect
By participating in the NL Pavilion:
- you participate together with other inspiring entrepreneurs;
- you will have your own desk and be visible through a poster and your logo;
- you get publicity via the InCyber Europe Forum and on various social media;
- you attend inspiring presentations, conferences and business meetings on developments in the cyber security sector with both public and private players;
- you attend various networking events at both the Forum and the NL Pavilion;
- have the option to participate (maximum 1 person per organisation) in the Cybersecurity Innovation Mission to France, 31 March - 2 April. This mission is organised, as part of the Dutch French Economic Year, around the InCyber Europe Forum in Lille by RVO, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Top Sector ICT and the Dutch Innovation Network in Paris.
Costs
The cost for participation in the NL Pavilion is € 2250 (maximum 2 participants per company/organisation).
Participation excludes:
- travel and accommodation costs;
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is not liable for possible cancellation costs.

Would you like to participate in the NL Pavilion? Then register by Thursday 6 March 2025 using the online registration form. Keep in mind the number of places is limited.
Registration does not mean whether you will be admitted to the NL Pavilion. You will receive final confirmation of participation after registration closes.

The InCyber Forum Europe (ex-FIC) in Lille is Europe's leading cybersecurity event, bringing together more than 20,000 international IT professionals, policymakers and innovators from public and private cybersecurity ecosystems to discuss the many challenges and build international partnerships. The theme of this year's 17th edition is ‘Beyond Zero Trust, trust for all’.
France and the Netherlands have defined 2025 as a ‘Dutch French Economic Year’ with cybersecurity as one of the priorities. The cybersecurity partnership between the Netherlands and France has undergone significant developments, especially after the 2021 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the ONE Conference in the Netherlands and the Forum InCyber Europe (ex-FIC)). This partnership has led to several joint trade, innovation and government missions that have fostered cooperation between the two countries.
The Cybersecurity Innovation Mission to France: is organised, as part of the Dutch-French Economic Year, around the InCyber Europe Forum in Lille.
