Programmes
D2B
Develop2Build provides funding for the development phase of infrastructure projects. The D2B tenders consist of preliminary studies needed for infrastructural project tenders, such as feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments and conceptual designs. Contracts can be procured by the local government or by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency.
DRIVE
DRIVE promotes development-relevant infrastructure in developing countries that are eligible for DRIVE funding. DRIVE funds part of the implementation phase of the projects. For several projects that are funded by DRIVE, services, goods and/or works will be publicly procured by the local government.
ORIO
ORIO is the predecessor of DRIVE and D2B. The programme is closed for new submissions, but there is a portfolio of projects still to be implemented.
During the implementation phase of the projects that are (partly) funded by ORIO, several services, goods and/or works will be procured. Contracts are procured by the local government.
