If you suspect the fraudulent use of subsidies, financing programs, permits or other instruments such as the reimbursement of fixed costs (TVL), the common agricultural policy and the manure policy administered by Netherlands Enterprise Agency, please use this form to report it. Try to make your report as specific as possible. You can also opt to report cases of fraud anonymously. In this case, you do not have to give your contact information.
