For whom?

This workshop is of interest to anyone who wants an introduction or refresher on intellectual property (IP) rights. The workshop is intended for entrepreneurs and startups, but students are also welcome to join.

Programme

During this workshop, we will introduce you to the different IP rights and examine practical examples of IP in collaborations and ownership. 

We will also further introduce concepts like freedom to operate (FTO) and highlight the value of technical details disclosed in patent publications.

This workshop will be given by Dynion Bakker, IP advisor at the Netherlands Patent Office in collaboration with the Centre for Entrepreneurship of Utrecht University and UtrechtInc.
