Apply for Ukraine Partnership Facility
To apply for UPF, you must first submit a quick scan. You can submit a quick scan from 4 September 2023 until 19 November 2023.
To submit a subsidy application, follow these how-to-apply steps.
How to apply
Before you can submit your application, you must have submitted a quick scan. The deadline for submitting a quick scan is 19 November 2023. Email your quick scan to email@example.com. We may contact you within 6 weeks of receiving your quick scan to arrange an advisory meeting. We will evaluate your quick scan and provide a non-binding positive or negative recommendation.
After our recommendation on your quick scan and a possible advisory meeting, you can apply for a subsidy from the UPF programme. UPF will open for subsidy applications from 11 September until 31 December 2023, 15:00 CET.
To submit your application, you need at least eHerkenning level 2+. If you do not have this yet, then first apply for eHerkenning. This process may take some time. With eHerkenning, you can submit your application online.
Please download and complete the quick scan form below and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'quick scan' in the subject line. You can email us your quick scan from 4 September 2023. The deadline for submitting a quick scan is 19 November 2023.
You must complete and submit the required documents with your subsidy application.
- You must upload the completed forms and attachments.
- Complete all documents in English.
- Make sure to include the necessary signatures, including those of your partners.
We only process complete applications in the order of receipt. If your application is not complete, we will notify you. You can add documents to complete your application until the closing date.
Please note that you must upload the Budget form as an Excel file.
After your application
Within 13 weeks of receiving your application, we will write to inform you whether we have approved your application. We will also send you our assessment of your application.
