Has your partnership been formed, and do you have all the necessary documents? Then, you can apply for UPF during the second opening period via the eLoket. You can apply for this subsidy round from 30 October 2024, 00:01 CET, to 30 January 2025, 23:59 CET.

How to apply

To submit your application, you need at least eHerkenning level 2+. If you do not have this yet, then first apply for eHerkenning. This process may take some time. With eHerkenning, you can submit your application online.

For this application round, you do not need a mandatory quick scan.

Required documents UPF 2

You must complete and submit the required documents with your subsidy application.

  • Upload the completed forms and documents.
  • Complete all documents in English.
  • Make sure to include the necessary signatures, including those of your partners.

We only process complete applications in the order of receipt: first-come, first-served. If your application is not complete, we will notify you. You can add documents to complete your application until the closing date.

Please note that you must upload the Budget form as an Excel file.

After your application

Within 13 weeks of receiving your application, we will write to inform you whether we have approved your application. We will also send you our assessment of your application.
