Internationalisation is important in the growth process of any start-up. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) provides information on opportunities on the international market and on the start-up ecosystem in the Netherlands.

Tailor-made knowledge and network

Start-up Officers Network

The Start-up Officers Network consists of commissioners representing Dutch government departments and municipalities. They can help you find the right entry points and discover opportunities for cooperation.

Take a look at the overview below to see what RVO can do for you. Do you have any questions? Then contact our start-up-liaison by phone on (+31) 088 042 42 42.

Financial support

You may be eligible for a financial scheme. There are different schemes for different types of businesses. Read more about them on Starting a business.

Start-up Information Desk

Do you have questions about financial support from the government? Then contact the Start-up Information Desk of the Chamber of Commerce.

Collaboration partners

Collaborating with another company can be an opportunity to grow as a start-up. With the English-language test Ready to Team Up, you can check if your start-up is suitable for this, or if there is still work to do.

TechLeap.nl is the source of knowledge when it comes to start-ups. For both Dutch start-ups looking to go abroad and foreign start-ups looking to expand into the Netherlands. TechLeap.nl is a public-private initiative. All start-up initiatives are represented there, such as StartupAmsterdam, Brainport Eindhoven, Start up Gelderland and Brightlands.

Dutch Base Camp Foundation

Dutch Base Camp Foundation has coaches who think with you and check whether you are ready for the course. Dutch Base Camp is all about sharing practical examples and experiences.
