Berlin offers is ideal for tech leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to connect and discuss innovation. The international event brings together buyers and suppliers from many European countries. It is a unique opportunity to generate new business contacts and contracts.

With 60,000 tech professionals, 2,500 exhibitors, and over 1,000 startups from 100+ countries, GITEX EUROPE is a key platform for Europe's tech sector. The event will feature information on innovations across AI, cloud, deep technology, green technology, cybersecurity, banking, educational technology, retail, and more.

Matchmaking: online and offline events

The business matchmaking event is open to companies across Europe. It is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes, which is short but sufficient to build initial connections.

Programme

The matchmaking event will take place both online and offline on different days:

  • physical meetings at Messe Berlin from 21 to 23 May;
  • online meetings on 26 and 27 May.

Registration and participation

Participation is free of charge. Meetings will be scheduled in advance via the event website:

  1. Register via the B2Match portal of GITEX.
  2. Publish a company profile on the platform to highlight your needs.
    Your profile should describe who you are, what you have to offer potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will ensure significantly more meeting requests.
  3. Review the profiles of other participants. Determine who offers interesting and promising business opportunities for your company.
  4. Send meeting requests to the participants you want to meet during the event. Others may also invite you.
