• When you submit an application declare that they are aware of, and will act in accordance with, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on RBC. By declaring this, companies confirm that they carry out due diligence in accordance with these guidelines to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how they address (potential) negative impacts on people and the environment in their own operations and their value chain, and communicate transparently about this.
• As part of the application procedure, we may ask you to complete a RBC self-assessment. Completing this short questionnaire is mandatory. It provides insight into the steps of due diligence and the application thereof by your enterprise. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency may contact you based on the completed CSR self-assessment.
• Your company must immediately report new facts or circumstances that indicate a violation of the OECD Guidelines to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. This includes breaches of human rights or significant environmental damage.
• In case a notification has been (or will be) submitted to the Netherlands National Contact Point (NCP) for the OECD Guidelines concerning your enterprise, you must notify the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and cooperate with the NCP.
• You also declare that your company does not engage in any activities included on the FMO exclusion list.
