Trade mission: Asian Development Bank Business Opportunities Fair in Manila
Would you like to do business with the Asian Development Bank? Join the trade mission to the Business Opportunities Fair in Manila. You will meet professionals and learn what the bank can offer you.
Opportunities for the private sector at the Asian Development Bank
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) offers support to sustainable development projects in Asia and the Pacific. In 2024, the ADB approved over 7,500 projects worth about 6 billion USD. These include infrastructure projects and consultancy jobs.
The private sector can play an essential role in many projects that the ADB funds.
Tender opportunities
Each year, the ADB gives loans to low and middle-income countries. These loans help finance projects in sectors like infrastructure, energy, water management and urban development. The projects require buying goods, services and construction work. The ADB follows transparent and fair tendering procedures. Companies can apply for these tenders and work on large development projects. See the list of current projects.
Consultancy jobs
Besides projects on location, the ADB often looks for consultants to carry out studies, evaluations and technical support. There are many opportunities for consulting firms and individual experts to share their knowledge. Read more on the ADB website.
Private sector financing
The ADB offers direct financial support to private companies for projects with a clear social benefit. This can be through loans, equity investments or other financial tools. The support helps companies carry out projects that promote sustainable development.
