This is CareerConnect

The CareerConnect programme facilitates the temporary placement of young Moroccan professionals aged 18 to 35 in Dutch companies. The programme aims to strengthen Dutch and Moroccan companies.

Under the existing "Praktikanten" regulation, Moroccan talents gain valuable expertise in various sectors. After completing their placements, they return to Morocco to apply their newly acquired skills. Dutch companies benefit from the programme by gaining insights into the local business market and culture,  among other advantages.

This strategic initiative offers a unique opportunity for Dutch companies, strengthens Dutch-Moroccan trade ties, improves the resilience of the private sector and fosters innovation across industries.

By participating in this programme, your business will contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals:

  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
The programme supports SDG 8 by ensuring fair wages, providing tailored learning plans and facilitating collaborative projects.
