A new subsidy will be launched in February 2026: The Strategic Trade Fair Programme. Trade associations, membership organisations and TINL partners may apply. We would like to inform you about the new Strategic Trade Fair Programme subsidy. During this online information session, you will hear about the changes compared to the 2 older programmes: MKB Lounge and SBP. You will hear which activities are eligible for a subsidy. We will also explain the application process and the corresponding deadlines. 

The subsidy is designated for activities at an international trade fair.

For whom?

We invite trade associations, membership organisations and TINL partners based in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to join this online information session.

Organisations wishing to apply for this subsidy must have an internationalisation strategy for the sector. Applicants are also required to have at least 2 years of experience in organising activities for international trade fairs.

What to expect 

The programme of this session is as follows:

  • Introduction and background of the new subsidy;
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will explain the new subsidy programme: Highlights and changes compared to the old MKB Lounge and SBP subsidy;
  • RVO will explain the application procedure: We will go through the new forms (application, evaluation and budget forms) together;
  • Q&A.
