16 March - Opening session
This year's event focuses on cultural differences and cross-border business. Learn how to strengthen international cooperation and become more successful in global collaboration.
16 - 24 March - Online pitch sessions
Discover immediately applicable innovations from across Europe. Each session has its own theme and offers new solutions to your sustainability challenges.
16 - 27 March - Online B2B meetings
Work together on the sustainable transition. Schedule one-on-one online meetings with companies, experts and innovators and find solutions that precisely match your needs.

Registration and participation
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Participation in the event works as follows:
- Register via the SustainableSolutionsMatch website and fill in your organisation profile.
- Schedule one-on-one online meetings with interesting parties in advance.
- Visit the online pitch sessions and participate in the online B2B meetings.
- Meet potential collaboration partners from your own office.
Register for pitch sessions
Participation in the matchmaking and visiting a pitch session is open to every participant. Participation as a speaker for one of the pitch sessions is by invitation only.
Do you have an innovative solution to one of the sustainability challenges and would you like to pitch it? Then register before 9 January 2026 with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) advisor Janine Kaya via janine.kaya@rvo.nl. The final list of pitchers will be announced on 23 January 2026.
