Horizon Europe: Integration of Post-Quantum Cryptography Algorithms into High-level Protocols
The transition to post-quantum cryptography requires a change in the use of the currently most widely used public-key cryptography (RSA and ECC). Research and development are producing signature systems and key exchange mechanisms widely accepted, to resist attacks with classical and quantum computers. More protocols need to be adapted to be quantum-ready and ensure compatibility with older systems. This Horizon subsidy is for research and practical solutions facilitating this transition from post-quantum algorithms into high-performance protocols.
