Support for partnerships
FVO supports Dutch partnerships that want to:
- Conduct local or regional research into the underlying causes of RBC risks and misconduct in their value chains and implement measures to address them;
- Implement Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) into their business processes more effectively, including measures to end RBC risks and misconduct in their company;
- Set up a multi-stakeholder project that addresses RBC risks and misconduct, positively affecting manufacturing conditions in their producer countries.
Project Administration
This scheme is permanently closed; you can no longer apply for this fund.
For current projects, you will find the required documents for your FVO project administration below. Please complete the progress report forms and the final report form for your current project.
Submitting a progress report and final report
If we granted you a subsidy, you must report on the project's progress. On completion of your project, you must submit a final report. On this page, you can find the required documents for your project administration. Please include extra documents mentioned in the annexes as separate files if necessary.
Main applicant
The main applicant is responsible for reporting on behalf of the partnership. The main applicant bears the responsibility to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Project A administration
Please complete all documents in English. Make sure to include all of the necessary signatures, also those of your partners. The required documents are:
- Form Progress Report Project A
- Form Final Report Project A
Project B project proposal
Completing this form is only necessary for the Project A + B combination. After completing Project A, use this project proposal template to develop and submit your plans for Project B.
Project B administration
Please complete all documents in English. Make sure to include all of the necessary signatures, also those of your partners. The required documents are:
- Form Progress Report Project B
- Form Final Report Project B
