How to apply

You can apply for this subsidy until 26 September 2023, 12:00 CEST. The coordinator applies on behalf of the partnership.

The application procedure

To apply for this subsidy, you must follow these steps:

  • Apply for eHerkenning level 3 via our eLoket. It may take a few weeks to process your application.
  • After your application for eHerkenning level 3, you can log in and apply via our eLoket.
  • Pillar 1 works on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. This means we assess applications in the order we receive them.
  • We only process complete applications. If your application is not complete, we will ask you for more information. If we do so, the date of your application will be the date on which we receive this information.

Checklist for your application

Make sure you have the following information at hand when submitting your application:

  • your company's Chamber of Commerce registration number
  • your company's bank details
  • partner forms
  • the sector relating to your application: construction, chemicals, electronics, energy, finance, wood and paper, agriculture and horticulture, metals, oil and gas, shipbuilding, textiles & clothing, tourism, foodstuffs or other sectors
  • project name
  • budget and subsidy amount
  • completed attachments (see below).

You must upload several documents with your application. Please complete these documents in English. The documents are:

  • Annex I: project proposal
  • Annex II: project budget calculation tool
  • Annex III: partner form
  • Annex IV: cooperation agreement signed by all partners (free form)
  • Annex V: de-minimis self-declaration (in Dutch; English will follow soon) for each company in the partnership
  • Annex VI: authorisation intermediary (if applicable).

After your application

You will hear from us whether we have approved your application within 13 weeks.

Project management

Progress report

If we grant you a subsidy, you must report on the project's progress.

Reporting changes

You must report any project, implementation or organisation change. For specific changes, you need our approval in advance. If you do not ask for our approval in advance, you risk losing your subsidy for the changed parts of the project or even the entire project.

Submitting a final report

On completion of your project, you must submit a final report.
